Had similar probs with porcellanosa, basically don't think they want trade customers. huge profit margins on stuff they sell plus huge fitting fees for them by cutting us out. short sighted really as tough times ahead.

Hi anybody else in here think porcellanosa is a joke, i was trying to get a sample tile and first of all i visited the showroom on a saturday to be told their warehouse was shut and would have to phone up and order it so i tried this on the monday so all details were taken i was then asked my card details i asked to pay on collection but this was not an option, So i phoned again when i had bank details was given a "SLOT" to pick the tile up the next day all this to get one tile would'nt like to…See More
