spot fixed all the way around the room as you can see on the right, when we came to rip the floor up the addy looked like tubbed stuff & wasn't even dry in places & this had been in for at least 6 months. The toilet wasn't fixed properly. The tiles for this job were approx. £1500 without the addy etc. Watchout cowboys are still out there people! Just wish I knew who did it originally

Can you 'spot' the problem? Yep, all the tiles were spot fixed along with there being absolutely no waterproofing & the rest of the shower valve being held in place with expanding foam!!! All added up to a complete nightmare disaster for this poor chap and his living room below suffered most!
