tiles to buy from china may be cheaper but the difficulty getting them from China has to play a part
The tile price may be cheaper but can you send a box today and deliver it tomorrow?? we are looking at buying from China but suppliers want monies 6-10 weeks before delivery
We buy from Brazil cheaper and get 30 days to pay

It is only worth buying from China if you are importing large quantities (at least a 20 tonne container). It is normal to pay at time of order and then they make them and ship them. I normally allow about 3 months hence I have large stocks here in the UK. If you try to have orders from customers shipped direct from China, the delivery will be far too expensive.
